Well, after taking a break last week (probably should have run a couple miles a day instead of stop completely) I am feeling much better. Last week my body just felt awful. It kind of felt like when I finished ranger school. During those 61 days you don't sleep enough for your body to do any kind of recovery, so every morning you don't really feel that sore or injured. But once you graduate and start eating and sleeping regularly again you start to hurt and it lasts two weeks or longer.

Maybe going pretty hard for the last couple of months without any real breaks was taking its tole. I really have started running seriously until last year so maybe these are "growing" pains as well.

Whatever it is I felt much better today. My Garmin 305 broke again and this time for good. So, I don't know my splits or anything else, but I mapped my run out on Gmaps-pedometer. Dang you Garmin, your watches are awesome, but they break all the time!

Sorry about the busted Garmin. Hope the "growing pains" make you stronger.
