60 miles! I did it, I finally hit 60. Wow, my legs were feeling a bit dead today. Well, I think I have pretty much peaked as far as my mileage goes. I will keep running longer runs on Saturdays in the future, but I just couldn't do it this week. So, I guess I haven't peaked, but I have built up to where I want to be on a weekly basis.
I will keep this up for another couple of weeks, and then start focussing more on speed and longer runs on the weekends. I sure hope by March I will be in good enough shape for a Boston qualifying time.
