Medium workout - 5x4 minute at CV pace (~5:40) with 2 min recovery. I joined Jon and Paul for this workout on the North Logan Loop. Not much to report other than it was an average performance considering the tired legs I have. Leg 1 - 4 mins at 5:10 pace (good downhill, pretty much ran all-out to stay near Jon and Paul) Leg 2 - 4 mins at 5:46 pace (good split considering it was rolling up-hill) Leg 3 - 4 mins at 6:09 pace (all uphill, but it was ugly) Leg 4 - 4 mins at 5:46 pace (flat/slight down) My body is telling me I am done. Leg 5 - 4 mins at 5:53 pace (flat/slight down) Don't know why I even bothered with this one. Rest of the run was easy. Good thing. T-1:28:15 (7:10) 153
