Small workout - Young Ward loop with Tinman Tempo. 2 mile warmup then 6 miles at 6:15 pace, followed with 2.5 miles cooldown. I went 6:13, 6:15, 6:14, 6:13, 6:15, 6:12. Average HR during that time was 168. Felt better today than on Tues, thankfully.
