AM: Back to the frozen tundra now. Easy 8 on 4th West route. Had to wear gloves for the first 5 miles. The scooter ride to work was worse though.

PM: Perfect running weather this afternoon.  Met up with Jon and Paul between apartment hunting.  "easy" 5 with them.  Something was wrong with everyone to cause us to run a blistering 7 min pace.

Up for more miles tonight? I'm doing ~13.

Yeah, I only want 5 more though.

I know Cody I had to wear arm warmers and gloves this morning. What a bummer! Nice run in the frozen tundra.

Cody what's your pace going to be in TOU. I'm thinking about doing it as a training run, but don't know yet. Do you have anyone else doing it with you?

Kory-

My original plan was to run the 5K then run the marathon course backwards to meet up with Andy and run with him till the end. That way I get a good workout while supporting the local marathon. I will have to see if that is logistically possible since I will be likely moving to an apartment that day too. I will not be running the whole marathon that day for sure though.

Okay... I was thinking I could treat TOU as a long slow run if I came up from Poky.

You were the one forcing the pace!
