Too sore to even move. Ankle is swollen. Soreness similar to St. George marathon. Ouch.

Toughens you up for the Bear. What do you have, 6 weeks? Get training! Might want to run another 30-50 miler, too, if you can fit it in. If not, rest is important, too.
