Hour of pool running. 2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2 (min off). Foot has been feeling great now for 4 days. No pain while walking.
PM: Did 2 miles of slow running in the grass at Logan High. The goal was 2 miles or the first sign of pain/issues with the foot. No problems whatsoever!!! It sure felt good to get out running. Now to watch it closely to see if it gets any worse off. If no ill-effects, 2 miles tomorrow. T-15:45 (7:53) 159 (high due to heat and/or fitness) |
