Today I ran from my parents house in Cottonwood Heights to my in-laws in T-ville.  I ran up to the 7-11 then ran thru the Old Mill and down 6200S  I worked my way west and ended up taking Winchester all the way there.  I suffered in the heat as I got a late start.  I started out running sub 7 pace and ended up close to 9 min miles on the last hills during the last 2 miles.  I was pretty wiped.
