AM: 8 mile on the Providence Hills loop. Uneventful due to finding a port-a-pot at just the right time. That was close. Legs were lead until after I hit the big downhill. That brought them back to life. I finished strong at 6:45 pace.

PM: 5 easy miles with Jon.  Only 1 pit stop.   What a letdown.

Which port-o-potty was it? And how many miles are you planning on tonight?

From cody on Mon, Apr 21, 2008 at 10:30:52

It was at the ball-park next to the elementary school. Corner of 100N and 100E. I believe it is only there during the summer, that's why I was surprised to see it.

I will be doing 5 @ 5:30

Beauty- I'll have to remember that one...

See you at 5:30.

Once you get more consistent with that kind of mileage the legs will feel better. It was good to chat last night, keep up the tough running.

Hi, Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I went away to forget about this for a while. I'm sorry to hear about your co-worker. Looks as if things are moving along nicely for you. You are still planning on Ogden right? I'm not as I'll be out of commission for a while I guess.

From cody on Mon, Apr 21, 2008 at 12:19:41

How is the healing? Can you walk? Details man! Are you still planning on WBR? What do you think?

From steve ashbaker on Mon, Apr 21, 2008 at 12:23:23

The details are gory eh!

Ok... I have a sprained ankle with lots of deep road rash on leg, arms, hip and elbow.

So I'll be out of commission for a while longer. I gotta go meet the wife quickly though. Talk later. Steve. WBR, Yes.
