Rough night of sleep. I wasn't feeling well and my daughter was down with a fever thingie. Poor Beth had to put up with us both. I got up today and stood next to the bed for a good 5 mins trying to decide whether to run or not this morning. I finally gave in and went. Slow and easy 6 on the landfill loop. Visibility was about 20 feet due to thick fog. Was pretty neat except for the cars swerving at the last second. T-45:12 (7:32) 148
