Hour of pool running. 2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2 (min off). Foot has been feeling great now for 4 days. No pain while walking.

PM: Did 2 miles of slow running in the grass at Logan High.  The goal was 2 miles or the first sign of pain/issues with the foot.  No problems whatsoever!!!  It sure felt good to get out running.  Now to watch it closely to see if it gets any worse off.  If no ill-effects, 2 miles tomorrow.

Ha! Big difference between walking with no pain and running with no pain. I will be doing some light jogging this week to test the waters though...

Let me know if you want to do your light jogging on deer fence this week.

From cody on Mon, Jun 16, 2008 at 11:23:44

deer fence huh? Funny jon. I don't know if I will ever run that again...

From Paul Petersen on Mon, Jun 16, 2008 at 12:25:21

Good news. Do you think the little electrode thingy helps?

From cody d on Mon, Jun 16, 2008 at 12:30:36

Yeah, I think that has been a key component to the healing process. Doctor recommended at least 30 mins a day, the more the better. I have it on about 5-6 hours a day...

Real men crank the setting up to maximum!

From cody d on Mon, Jun 16, 2008 at 12:33:59

Only if you want to see them hopping around on one foot screaming like a girl again....I can still feel the pain....

From Jon on Mon, Jun 16, 2008 at 12:37:47

My arm still hurts, too...

Come on, you know you love deer fence! Just not when recovering from a marathon.

From Jon on Mon, Jun 16, 2008 at 21:11:33

Cody is running again! On Paul's favorite injury route!
