Hip is a mess. no running.
hip issues.
Up in Torrey. Around town with Myler and then up Sandcreek for a while. Hip hurt but was runnable.
Hip was way too tight and lower back after the run yesterday.
Torrey and Teasdale loop. 6:47 avg. Not bad but hammy and hip hurt bad at the end.
3 hour hike but no run. Hips are a mess.
