Woke up feeling sick. I feel like I'm in a free fall off the training bus. My symptoms are related to West Nile Virus. I remember the day I got two bite from a mesquito while out working in the ditch behind my house. The good news is I'm not a serious case that would require being hospitalized. Bad news is the fatigue and other symptoms can last over a month.

Thanks man. Sorry it took so long to reply. It has been a horrible summer for me (worst one since I started running marathons). But at this point I don't have any big goals or races to stress about (because STG is basically out of the question for a good time now). So I can relax and just try to get fully healthy.
