Nice little morning run with Nate. We met up at the DC and did my "house shopping" loop from last week but extended it to hit an even 20. Beautiful morning for a run. We clipped along at a conversational 7:20 pace for the run and the hammy really never hurt. Smile! Now I'll use the stick good and rest up for tomorrows long run.

A "nice little" 20 miler today before a "long run", what is your long run?

From Dustin on Fri, May 15, 2009 at 11:09:34 from 204.113.48.69

Glad the hammy was feeling good. You guys have fun on your long run.

Jeff I'm not sure on the distance but it is in the ballpark of 36 up in Zion NP. It's going to be sweat- wish you could make it.

Yeah, that's pretty funny. It's like the people I know who need a cup of coffee before they are ready for their first cup of coffee.

Dang, I'm pretty sure that I am glad I CAN'T make that run! Have fun?!?!

LoL. Paul that was good. I totally have some family members that are that way.

Clyde, I'm just wondering if you have read Mary Ann's latest book on the Provo River Trail?

From superfly on Fri, May 15, 2009 at 14:00:17 from 209.33.210.52

Dustin- I checked it out... entertaining if nothing else. All I can say is WOW!

From Dustin on Fri, May 15, 2009 at 14:02:52 from 204.113.48.69

I tried reading it last night, but couldn't get all the way through it. I needed it broken down into chapters.

From sam on Fri, May 15, 2009 at 15:22:42 from 90.210.160.157

Wow, great running, enjoy your long one...

From Jon on Fri, May 15, 2009 at 15:33:40 from 138.64.2.76

Paul- 20 mile runs before a long run is an ultramarathoner-kind-of-thing. You wouldn't understand.

From paul on Fri, May 15, 2009 at 16:02:50 from 65.103.252.214

There should be a law against running more than 26.2 miles. It's just so...unnatural.
