Had to keep it strictly recly today and just go short and easy. The legs felt much better than the last few days. This was good because if they had not I was thinking about walking away from the sport. I just looped Flying J and B-Hills hitting the loop in 1:03. Now to get ready to head up to SLC.

I have a short shift on Friday if you and Logan want to hook up for a run?

Steve that would be great. We are planning something longer Friday morning... Logan needs to be done by around 9 a.m. He was thinking about running up one of the canyons 10 miles and then coming back... If you want to come and have a better option let us know.

Dang it, I get off at 8 am so I'm not sure if that is going to work. Maybe an evening run?

Steve- I'm not sure of Logan's plans while up there but I'll be tied up the rest of the time... evenings for sure. Sorry man it would have been fun to do it. I guess if things change in your schedule we are going to try and go at around 5:30 a.m...

my number is 435-632-2459 if you want to try and do it. Walter and James may be coming too.
