DC loop this morning. Just felt avg for a Monday. Not really crappy not really great. Worked my way around the loop and tried to keep the hips square and the arms in good position. Really trying to get the form as smooth as possible before UV.

Didn't run this evening. Myler broke his leg today and had to get a cast. I could have gone out in the evening but it was just one of those times where I needed and wanted to be home. Poor little guy.

What happened to Myler? What color cast did he get? Good little run with Taylor by the way.

He fell off some steps we have by our bed (they are custom made wood steps for the dog). Anyways he just fractured it but will have to wear the cast for 3 weeks. It's Navy blue. What other color would I pick?

Ouch! I thought maybe a pink one, or lime green - something with some flair!

I'll be around this weekend, so let's plan out a long run (if you want). I was thinking/wanting around 22.

Oh good. For some reason I thought you'd be gone. I was thinking some downhill would be good... so maybe the course. Maybe the first half tempo with warm up and cool down. It sounds like a killer but this would be a good week to do it.
