Longish run this morning with Logan. We looped around Bloomington from the the DC for the first 8 and then another 10 or so out around StoneCliff. Nice run. 7:10 avg total. We hit a lot of 6:20's-30's on the second loop as we talked about getting back into racing again. Glad to have it in... there were a lot of runners out today.

Looks like you're finally back up to your regular self.

My hope of beating you in mileage this year is now completely gone.

Clyde, Looks like you made the first page for the mileage board this year. I will have to settle for the second page. Maybe next year I can give you a run for your money...

I must now turn my attention to fending of the hard-charging AdamRW...please no more 75-mile weeks until New Years, Adam.

Can't make any promises but I will say nothing over 79 and if you stick with your 50+ for the next two weeks I think you will nose me at the line...

That is a great week of training Clyde! I think you are well on your way back and its a good thing to see. Keep up the awesome work!

Thanks Clay I sure hope that is the direction I'm going...

Guys I just pulled onto the first page of the mileage board this week. I've been eying it for about a month. Not bad I guess when I didn't even look or care about it for 11 of the months this year.

Actually I'm really close to the mileage I hit in 2006. Then 2007 I had a really fun and good year of racing, so 2010 maybe?

Definitely, 2010
