7 mile run out and back into GS. The pluresy or whatever it is in my chest is feeling better than it was at the first of the week. That's the good new. The bad is that my left ankle or tendon is hurting. Don't ask my why- It's just decided it would start hurting me on Wednesday morning and has ever since. Hopefully it will work it's way out today. 6.15 mile loop this afternoon. Same run as Wednesday. This time I had my garmin to check how far it was. Google Earth was onlyl off .1 from my garmin. My ankle/ tendon are around 65%. It is very sore to walk on but not as bad when I'm running. Other than when I'm pounding it on a harder surface. My pluresy/ chest pain is day to day. The mornings it hurts but really not too bad. In the afternoons like today it just kills. I couldn't get faster than 7 min pace at any part of this run today because of the discomfot in my chest. So it must sound like I'm a problem child and that I have all these issues... I don't know what is going on. One week ago I was feeling amazing. Furthermore I don't know where all this has come from so I'm hoping it will just pass through and move on the the next guy. |
