Pushed Halen in the baby jogger out and back into B-hills. Felt so so. Not totally out of the sickness thats for sure.

54.4 mile bike ride with Christie. She told me she'd be in town so we got together for a ride. Great temps and fun ride. Out to the airport, Sunriver, then up the river trail to the fields. Took a trip up dump hill and back up the Everest trail before coming back home. She's a total gamer and rocked the ride... kept me honest the whole time.

Well, I am happy I am officially at ‘gamer’ status :D Next time lets do a couple repeats of the Dump Hill/Trail climb! Thanks again Clyde – had an awesome time.
