1 hour on the spinner. Consistent grind throughout the ride. Had to stop 20 min's into the ride and pour Myler a bowl of Cheerios w/ tall glass of whole milk. Then back to the spinner. 

12 mile run while Myler was in pre school. DC loop and extended back into B-hills on the inner river trail then back to River Road. Felt so so for the first 6. Felt good to 10 then the last 2 miles were hard. 7:13 avg. My running is seriously in a different world right now. Groin/ab/ thigh pain was very high a long with super sore calves... I'd be hard pressed to run a 1:30 half. Ugh... I can only dream about what running pain free feels like.

God Bless you my friend. You still are dedicated and do what you can and I think that's awesome and your still keeping your fitness. The way you ran STG when hurting shows you have faith... So keep the faith and time will heal. This is something I know from my long reoovery.
