14mile run this morning. I drove from the hotel down to the Tempe Lake by the ASU campus. I did two full loops and a little more here and there. Mik'L ran there the other day and they cut over the bridge that runs in the middle of the lake. I went down to the very bottom past the golf course and made my way around it. The run was ok. I think I'm getting the pluresy or whatever it was called in my chest again. It's a sharpe pain right under my ribs. In the past it has hurt for a week or so and then went away. So we will see how this works out.

We don't fly out until 7 p.m today. So I may end up doing a few more this afternoon just to pass the time. I'm looking forward to getting home and getting back into a regular groove. I really haven't enjoyed the running down here on this trip. Too much traffic and people. I like a little more laid back atmospher while in enjoy a run.

6 more miles up the trail and back. Went at 1 p.m. and it was pretty warm. Now to start getting ready to fly home.

This has been a nice little running based vacation for you!

I've had the same problems when I've tried to run down there while staying at my sisters in Gilbert. We've got it pretty good here. I need to get out and explore some new trails over by Toquerville. Nick McCombs was telling me there are quite a few good places to run out there.

Just couldn't let me have the lead on the mileage board, could ya? ;-)
