3 miles. First post marathon run. Took Ears around the park loop then a little extension back into LV. Felt so so. Pace was slow and we just made it between rain storms. Finished up and my calves were really tight. 10 min's on the elliptical. Came home and got on the machine for a little workout. But my IT band was too painful to continue. I was screaming with pain. Decided to hop off and just do an ab workout and stretch.
