9.2 miles this morning. Just an easy run to get the week going. I'm a little sore from Saturdays workout. Nothing too bad but sore enough that I didn't want to do a tempo or hill workout this morning. No real mileage goals for the week. Just to run what seems comfortable and to stay healthy. I think everyone at my house is on the verg of catching a cold...so we'll try and fight that off too.

8.2 miles tonight. It's funny how 94 degrees seems pretty nice out. That's what it was this evening when I went out and it didn't feel too bad. I ran the industrial park loop. I'm fighting off a cold so just not feeling that great.

thanks,

Good run this morning. It seemed pretty warm. My feet feel like they are broken!

Bill there must be something up with my email or internet. Because every time I try and send an email with pictures attatched it just won't go. So I'll have to get them to you on a disk.
