10 miles around B-hills and some extra with Logan this morning. I got crap for sleep last night but this run still was leaps and bounds better than last night. We were sub 7 min pace for the whole run and at times I just wanted to relax but Logan kept pushing it. The morning was beautiful but much warmer than it has been. I had to take the shirt off after one mile and Logan was  sweaty mess.

10.5 miles tonight with the running club. I went over thinking 8 would be plenty and then Steven said this run would be 9 and I was like ok... and then it turned out to be 10.5 so I was so ready to be done. Pace was conversational but steady. There was a nice breeze that kept it from being too hot which was very nice.

It must have been at least 40 for Logan to be sweating!

See you tonight.

40? more like 25. That guy will sweat in a freezer. HA!

I am sorry for sweating so much guys. It is just in my blood.
