I'm totally sick. Had a high fever, sore throat, and everything else that goes with it. I told Mik'L this is the second sickest I've felt since we were married 8 years ago. The worst time I was really bad- like I thought I really was dying. Anyways this time has been pretty bad too.  I'm feeling a little better today but still very much a sick little boy.

Lots of liquids, rest and lame daytime T.V.

Thanks Jon. Thats some great info. Since I've been so sick the last week I'm really not sure if I'm still going to run next week or not. I hate to go into it just coming off an illness but then again I hate to not do it because this is my chance to cross something like this off my list. I guess I'll play it by ear through this weekend and first of next week and see.

Don't they have a wait list for people who drop? If so, you may want to ask the RD when you need to let him know so he can fill your spot, if you drop.
