Ran in Barbados this morning. I got off the boat at 8 a.m and ran out and back down the shore road. Sometimes I was on the narrow street and sometimes I got down on a nice boardwalk. On the way back my garmin died for good... Sucks with 6 more days of running in other contries. I got dehydrated too. Almost had to walk the last mile. The humidity is deadly.
