DC again. Needed around 10 miles this morning to be at 80 so tomorrows 20 miler would put me at a 100. It seems Friday morning runs (after club run on Thursday and being late in the week) are the hardest run of them all. Just made it happen even though I felt kind of trashed. Got on the scale after and was a 148.5 lbs. Low and maybe my body wants to drop 4-5 lbs. I'll take that for sure. Not sure where it would drop from but if I could weigh around 147 lbs or so on any race day naturally I'd be a little faster. |
