16.6 mile morning run. The same start of my normal Washington overpass loop but when I got back to GS I took the sandy trail up to the powerline and then up to the water tank and back around through the industrial park. Nothing really to write home about other than it's in the books. I guess I negative split this run today even with all the big hill climbs on the second half.

4.2 mile run this evening. Mik'L and I went on a little drive "just to look" at the houses in GS. We love that area ALOT but everything was either not what we were looking for or WAY too much $$$. Like I said we were just looking. We are toying with the idea of buying a bigger home but it's not like it will happen right now. I'm sad though because even if we were... we sure aren't going to be doing it up there. So after we were done I had her drop me off at the head of the sand trail and I ran it up to the powerline and back home.

Thanks for the Welcoming Clyde. No it wasn't the Wildbull this time. I erased my blog on accident because I did not know what I was doing.

Clyde, thanks for your comments, much appreciated! Your right housing cost are crazy! Another 20+ day, AWESOME.

I think you need to get the house you guys were describing on the way back from Del Sol with the cave to the hot tub!

I will try that disgusting drink for you. No point in asking Dave. He has been off soda for like 3 months now. I am sure the drink is not good though! Nice job on your miles.

Ally be careful if you try it. Next thing you know- bam!. You hooked. Think about it all those flavors in on can? I'd kind of compare it to when you were a kid and would go into the gas station and get a little of every soda in your cup a (wild indian) is what we called it.

Looking forward to the post...
