Secret Roads/ DC loop. No watch this morning but I wish I would have had one to see just how slow I was going. The run seemed to drag on and on. No sense of control over my stride... just flapping along in a sloppy manner. Hernia and groin pain felt a little better than last week and I'll call it around a 5 out of 10. But pace was super EZ. We'll have to see how it goes but I'd like to hit around 100 this week. That would look pretty good on paper:)

6.6 miles around the B-hills loop pushing Myler just before dark. Not a bad little run. Just tried to keep it smooth and not overdue things while pushing the boy. He sang songs almost the entire run. Jon Jacob Jinglehime Smith, This old man, Twinkle Twinkle, and a bunch of stuff that was straight freestylin. Like seeing a blue truck and then a dog and making up songs about everything as we passed. So this kept things interesting and as we finished off the run mommy pulled into the cul de sac right along side us.

Sounds like Myler and I think along the same lines during a run - just randomly make up songs all the time based on whatever we see... for some reason its not considered as cute when you are 27 years old, though

Still cute when your 27 but only if your a hot running model:)
