Middle B-hills loop out in the darkness alone this morning. 29 F and not as cold as it was yesterday. Looks like we may keep some cloud cover the next couple days and help with keeping the race to not be really cold on Saturday morning. We'll see what happens- it could also rain. Felt kind of sort of today. Legs didn't feel like they are ready to race on Saturday but then they never do. I had a can of chili for lunch yesterday and then 3 whoppers at BK for dinner. I paid a hefty price out running this morning with a sour stomach and potty stops.

2.4 miles mid morning with Jen while pushing Myler. Did the park loop nice and EZ. She rocked it and is doing great.

Good luck this weekend Clyde. Just don't eat 3 whoppers right before the race for breakfast and you'll be good to go.

Holy crap, 3 Whoppers, really? Where do you put that in your runner's body??!

Thanks man.

Jeff I've always had a bid appetite. Running just ups the ante.

Jeff, having run with Clyde you know that he doesn't store it anywhere - it just goes right through him!

Good luck with the race on Saturday (to all the runners). Current weather forecasts: overnight low about 35, but rain and VERY gusty winds (up to 60mph gusts!!!) possible. Yikes, sounds like the storm that rolled throuh right after STGM 2010.
