7 real actual running miles today. 2 miles over to the park and back pushing Myler in the jogger. Ran over there with some new running students:). Then after getting back home Myler and I ran back over to the park. While he played on the swings I ran 4 laps (2 miles) around the park. Then we came back home around the bottom of the Knolls and the other side of Coyote. I felt ok for all but the last 1.5 or so. Then the hips started to really tighten. Glad to see the sun warming the cold ground a little today.
