Group run down at the Dixie Center. We did the first 12 miles at like 7:40 pace. Just really relaxed and chatty. Then we started to move the pace down progressively and I finished with the last 3 miles being at 6 min pace. Ok run for whats just been an o.k. week. It feels like I've been kind of flaky in my training this week. But I've been really busy with work and it just drained me. Plus I had the shin thing early in the week and some really sore hammy's the last part of the week. Oh well! (Red Stratus 284.5)
