DC loop with the secret street at the end. Got kind of sick last night (head cold). I've been pretty good all winter and impressed with how long it's been since my last sickness. But it's going around and hitting our house. So kind of felt groggy through the run. Not as smooth as last night for sure. 36 F this morning.

Nice job and I'm glad the sickness has not been around much for you. I found doing core workouts builds the immune systems. Do you do any core workouts.. like situps, pushups, planks?

Yeah it seems that core work helps with just about everything. I've always had a little sit-up workout that I've done for years. However my resent groin/ hernia pain is too intense to do any right now. Hope to be able to do some again soon.
