13 miles this morning. The plan was for 9 miles this morning and 4 this afternoon. However I'm going to Provo with Logan's x-country team and we are leaving this afternoon. So once I got out running this morning I just though I'd get it all over with now. I did a little different version of my GS/Overpass out-and-back course. I like this one a lot better and will most likely move in that direction on future runs. I'm just in love with the morning weather we've been having the last few days. Just perfect! The afternoons are still a nightmare but what can you do...

You should come and run the Spanish fork half if you don't have anything else to run. There is still one more comp.

Josse- I'm going up to help Logan with his team at the BYU cross country meet. So we (Dave, Logan, and I) are going to do a 22 miler at like 4:30 a.m or something from the motel.

But the race sounds fun. Good luck!

Thanks for the invite. We are staying at the Fairfield Inn on the south end of town on Univ. Ave. It is about 4 miles from you guys. I could meet you guys part of the way into your run if you are going to loop around or something.

Greg I'm not sure what our plan is. My number is 435-632-2459 if you want to try and plan something call me around 7 p.m and I'll talk to Logan and Dave about what we could do.
