12.2 mile morning run. Finally back to the overpass loop. I slept really bad last night and everything was a little groggy this morning. I felt a little out of it until about 7 miles into the run, and then I was able to let the legs swing a little. Although I've done it many times- I'm really excited to get a solid week of training in the bank. It will just feel so good to push through the week and not have any set backs. (Blue Stratus) 8 mile run in 58:14 this afternoon on the treadmill. It was too hot to go out and I also couldn't leave the house because the garage was full of camping stuff for girls camp this week, and I couldn't close it because the truck was half loaded sitting half inside and half out.... The run on the treadmill was ok. I put a towel over the screen and started to get into it- then after what felt like forever I looked and had only gone 4 miles. So back on and the second half was a little easier. Road the bike today but didn't measure it. I'm sure it wasn't 4 miles so no extra bike miles today.
