Warmed up. It was the 2x10x30 seconds workout today. It was cold and windy which didn't help. I tried to just relax and feel fast. Bryant was going nuts........    I made it through the first set fine but only about 1815 meters. I made it through 8 on the second set and stopped because my back was really tightening up. I need to recover and get healthy. I "cooled down" inside on the elliptical bike and treadmill

Did an easy couple of miles today. Still trying to get my body to recover. My legs felt really weird the first two miles. I felt like I was hardly running and my legs felt almost like jello. The last mile or so my legs were hurting quite a bit. It was weird. Did a little barefoot jogging back at the school. About 7 minute pace on the run

Was supposed to do a fartlek but my back tightened up when I tried to run fast so I didn't go for that. I really did not feel like myself during the middle half of my run. Everything seemed to hurt and I didn't feel strong at  all. The last two miles felt decent, but my back still is not good. Hopefully that run will help. I averaged around 6:30 pace

Just went out and ran 4 miles between construction and going to the chiropractor. I felt more like my old self today, but my body still started to freak out a bit after two miles. It just isn't used to running. My back didn't hurt as bad. I got the full treatment at the chiropractor and I think it'll make a big difference. I've got to catch up on my sleep now and I think I'll be able to run well this next week.

Felt pretty good warming up. My legs felt a little weak doing run outs. I was like 67 through 400  but after that everything went downhill. Everything just hurt and it was hard to breath. I just felt really weak and couldn't run to save my life. I randomly threw up a little after too which was weird. I decided that I wasn't supposed to run well today, and that I was there to support my teammates run well and yell at them to some great times. I definitely feel like I did that with Ryan running 1:59 and Zach 2:09. Can't win em all.

Warmed up really well and worked some of the junk out of my legs. I threw on my good old vic xcs and did 6x400s @ 73 w/ 60sec recovery. They felt nice and relaxed and not like I was fightling which is what I wanted. Cooled down after and then did some hurdle drills
