Warmed up. It was the 2x10x30 seconds workout today. It was cold and windy which didn't help. I tried to just relax and feel fast. Bryant was going nuts........ I made it through the first set fine but only about 1815 meters. I made it through 8 on the second set and stopped because my back was really tightening up. I need to recover and get healthy. I "cooled down" inside on the elliptical bike and treadmill
