Managed only 3.5 today on the treadmill.. Ran super slow and even powerwalked .75 of it. I am definitely getting WAY more uncomfortable running and it is really frustrating. During my last pregnancy I don't remember getting this uncomfortable until the very end. (I ran the whole time besides walking the last monthish.) My mileage has dropped significantly the past 2-3 weeks and it isn't helping me to feel any better. (I have felt great running until hitting about 20 weeks and since then it keeps getting significantly harder) I might have to incorporate alot more powerwalking into my routine or find a totally different way of working out. (too bad I don't have an eliptical) Anyway, I am going to order a gabrialla support belt so maybe that will help. I don't want to lose all my fitness so I'll see what I can do! I didn't expect this to happen so early on but I think I need to listen to my body. |
