Ran on the mill. Did 1 mile warm up-then 3 straight at 6:55, 6:55 and 6:30 pace. .5 cool down. Felt great
Recovery day of 4 easy miles around 8:30 pace.
Did a workout of 800s on the mill. Warmed up for 1.5 then did 5x800s around 2:57 pace with an 800 jog in between. Cool down.
