Ran on a treadmill at our hotel in Albuquerque... Decided to do a 3 mile tempo workout today.. After 1.5 warm up splits were 6:25,6:17,5:55... I have to admit this workout was done on a 0% incline level... I always set my treadmill to 1%, but the incline wasn't working... I was amazed at how much easier 0 feels than 1... (It really does make a huge difference) Anyway, I felt really great today and was happy I was able to pick it up on my last mile..(It felt easier than I thought this workout was going to be..) I was not happy the heater was turned on in the workout room and I was right under the vent so it was blowing hot air on me the whole time!! (Yikes! It's a workout room-it's not supposed to be hot!!!) |
