Did a moderate workout on the treadmill today... Ran 2 mile warmup then 4.25 at 7:12 pace alternating 400m hills @(5.0 incline...) with 400m @(1.0 incline..) So I would do .25 hill then .25 flat, then .25 hill. ect.. Did 8 of them... Felt good.. Tired now though, I think I need a nap... |
