Got up this morning for a track workout. Feeling much better this morning then 2 days ago so I decided to attempt it. 1.25 warm up then (1 mile, 800, 200) x2. Jogged .25 in between each around 3 minutes. Splits were 5:48, 2:45, 34 seconds for the 200. Next set was 5:40, 2:43. (Had to skip out on the last 200m bc of time. (Cooled down 2 miles on treadmill and did 4 strides at home) did this same workout about 2-3 weeks ago and it was slightly faster today so I am happy about that. |
