Ran on the mill. Did 1.5 warm up then 4.5 straight at tempo pace. My splits were 7:17, 7:08, 7:08, 7:08, and the last 800 was at 6:45 pace. My achilles is feeling alot better. This is my first tough workout since a week ago. Hopefully it will keep improving so that I can still train hard. The marathon is in two months now! |
