Did a fartlek outside today... (ran on my normal 6.5 loop) Did 7x4 minutes hard with 2 minutes ez in between. (Below are my paces with the rest pace in parenthesis)
6:38 (8:37), 6:16 (7:03) 6:01 (7:12) 6:19 (8:18) 6:28 (8:43) 7:01 (8:57) 6:40 (8:30)
I was excited about this workout because overall with my rest paces included I was at a 6:51 pace for 6 miles... (slightly faster than I ran this loop as a tempo run a couple days ago) (I'm know I am not in great shape right now-but its a start)
