3 easy miles followed by 3 miles of mile repeats. By the second 2 of mile repeats, my short legged dog was dead on his feet and couldn't keep up, so he stayed home for the remainder. Being faster then a short legged dog makes me feel superior some how. Everyone rates their sucess differently I guess. Mile repeats: Mile one 5:39 Mile two 5:25 Mile three 5:13 I felt like I could have gone faster, but fast enough for where I want to be in my training right now. Cooled down with another three miles of running with my wife and pushing the baby jogger. |
