9 mile run this morning. Felt pretty good. My legs didn't know that I had biked 55 miles the day before.
Did a 40 minute swim after the run. The wind had picked up and the water was pretty choppy. My legs definitely could tell I had biked 55 miles and had just ran 9 miles, because they kept cramping up on me. I swim close to the shore, in case I have problems and to avoid being hit by a boat.
I swam to shore a couple times during the swim and had to work out some nasty cramps. All in all a good work out.
I came across a quarter on my run. I just stepped on it and kept running. Sorry Bill!! It may still be there tomorrow if your interested? |
