Ramp up my weekly mileage.
PR at the St. George Marathon in 2009. Didn't make the Lottery. Doing the Top Of Utah instead. It's a 4:30 minute tougher race. I Still hope to PR!! Long-Term Running Goals: -Be a life time runner for the love of running. Mix it up. Try something new. Do a full Iron Man. Personal: Married for 11 years!! I have 3 daughters. My wife runs marathons as well. I'm a park ranger.

10 mile run. I started late and paid the price. Man was it hot. Amazingly enough I felt pretty fast.
My wife raced the Bryce Canyon Half last Saturday in 1:47. She's gotten the exact same time the three times she's raced it. She was pretty happy. I hear Logan kicked but. Man that sucker is getting fast. I remember when I was within a couple minutes of him, about 3 years ago. He'd kick my trash now. Did a 46 minutes swim. | Add Comment |

30 mile bike ride, without incident. A good ride. My new tires came today!! They're supposedly puncture proof. I'll put them on about a week before the race, just to make sure they're going to do the job.

An early 5:00 am run this morning. 13 miles. It was dark, windy, raining and still hot!!! I got up and looked at the weather and just about went back to bed. I gave my wife the option of running first but she declined being the birthday girl of 30 and all.
