Pretty much the same run today as yesterday. The first 6 I did with the dog, who I almost tripped on and had to hurdle. It was cold and raining a little, which made me push just a little on the way home. The run again felt smooth and effortless. I think I'll be ready next week for a little speed.

Did another 3 with my wife and kid. I wonder if the extra 3 I do with her help or not. The pace is so slow I wonder at time, but it's 3 more then I would have gone otherwises and it gives us a chance to talk. Total 9.11 miles

I was at Parks 1998 - 2005. Coral Pink Area is a great place (depending on how many wives you have). I was the PM on the on the new CP-CG restrooms 1999, and the newer tri-plex. The older residence was there, and there was a trailer that got condemned. When they hauled that old trailer out, there was a wildcat that had a den underneath and came tearing out. Seems like there were a bunch of snakes one year. I also worked on the design of the entry/VC. I was in the SLC office - developement. Did they ever re-build the observation deck? I worked on your culinary water system as well. How's the water??

I like running slow miles w/ company. I think it helps w/ overall fitness, mix in a little biking. I'm shooting for 2007 for the sub 3 hrs, maybe at Ogden or St. George, or if I can get to Tucson.
