Did an easy 5 miles, felt a lot better then yesterday. I could still sense the post marathon tightness. I think I'll take Sasha's advice and gradually work back into this. The mind is willing, but the body say's " Hey, I'm not ready, your going to hurt yourself!" After the easy 5, I went out again with my wife and pushed the baby jogger, to log another easy 3 miles. The 3 with her felt a lot smoother and helped loosen me up. Total 8 miles. |
