6 easy miles. Just trying to get out a few times this week and not over due it. Sad to say, I haven't really given the St. George marathon a lot of thought for this year. I'll run it and glad to do so, but not really sure what to expect.
I purchased a triathlon specific road bike last week. I'm going to start doing triathlons this coming year. I really love to run, but I feel the need to start mixing it up as well. I'm at the perfect spot for it. I'm sure my running speed is going to come down once I start crossing training more, but it's going to be nice to mix it up for a change.
I'll put in a 4 tomorrow and a 2 on Wednesday. Thursday I may get out and ride my bike a little.
Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for the St. George marathon. I'm going to plan on doing it every year, but I need to get excited again about training and I think doing triathlons is going to make it exciting again for me. |
